While there exists a wide variety of mixed information on whether or not caffeine and coffee is a safe drink to enjoy, within some certain contexts it has in fact been shown to be health. This might be good news for the hundreds of thousands of people that would quaff it without regard to whether or not it was safe for them in the first place. Coffee contains some caffeine (even decaf has a little), and as a consequence of this, all types of coffee are a habit-forming substance. As a matter of fact, it’s one of the most culturally accepted habituating chemicals there is.
The advantages of donning lightweight running shoes are abundant and varied. First and foremost when running a contest of any distance a weight adjustment of only a few ounces can make a big difference. For regular weekly running a lighter shoe is absolutely going to make things much easier. Obviously, there are downsides to donning super lightweight shoes that I’ll examine, but for the most part lightweight running shoes are great!
